Problem with in logging

I dunno how but I just can't log into my account.

It keep says.

Request Timeout
This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase 'Connection Timeout'.

I have a few sides but everyone keep saying this. Please help me out.

It is a server issue, a techician has to take care of this. But we have been trying to get them to extend the session timeout
