With or without animation : any
Background color : same as the pictures
Picture(s) link(s) : 4 pics together with a little distance,

Link to the font to download : Not so big size, bold
Font color : light colors which fit to my forum

Extra comments : should be my background image with around 80% transluscent
and every page of my forum shows this background
if people scroll this page down the background should be still
