Need Help on Moving Posts/Member etc off 1 forum to another !

Hey, Im Rey. I was just wondering if theres a way and i know there is if i can move my posts / members / html pages n anything like that from 1 forum that i have to another that i have made for backup if there is could u please tell me fast !

Sorry its not possible. We don't have access to the database to do this.
