Youbtube tags

Most forums have a feature where youtube tags can work, [youtube]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yODB5SbJyk8[/youtbue]

Like that except it works I don't see why not.

You are not allowed to host Youtube videos on forumotion, that is why they do not have that tag.

Why not? I'm sorry, I'm just truely confused on the limitations of my forum and what exactly I am capable exactly of doing or not doing. Can anyone point me in the right direction here? *Wonders around Aimlessly*

Kinda curious myself, if you can embed flash games why not You Tube?

Because it is possible to do.

I saw a thread on one of these forums that said that Youtube has a CoC saying taht all videos posted on its site is property of Youtube. Also, lotsa videos that are posted on Youtube are copyrighted. It said that videos posted frmo Youtube will cause your forum to be deleted.

Also, if you really want Youtube vids on your page, you can activate HTML for the forum and your profile and simply embed the video from Youtube.

I know this, but You Tube supply's the embed code.
So why would they supply it if they don't want you embedding them?
Also it is not allowed on Forumotion boards.

For juridicial reasons, you are not allowed to diffuse some videos from youtube, you can only put a link to this video. I would like to specify that because having a video from youtube is illegal, these boards could be deleted... so be careful !
