The post in the suggestion forum named "Youtube Tags" was locked, For good reason though, but the explanation from the mod made no sense.

For juridicial reasons, you are not allowed to diffuse some videos from youtube, you can only put a link to this video. I would like to specify that because having a video from youtube is illegal, these boards could be deleted... so be careful !

Then days later I try out the new blogs that forumotion.com has put up and they have youtube features in it? Care to explain?

We don't allow youtube video embedding on forums because we had too much abuse from admins and members.

If you want, I will ask on the French side since I'm not juridical consultant nor I am technician.
