Okay, so this time now my friend can't post or reply on my forum. How do I open it so they can do that?

check the forums permissions.

Admin panel>General>forums>forums permissions control.

be sure that the forums are set for view,read,reply and post.. or you can also have any other permissions set as you see fit.

remember to hit save after any changes as well.
