1) The multi-quote button is not working.
It use to work, but then one of my members made me a custom multi-quote button, and the button just doesn't work? It's really annoying, the button is broken, it won't bring you anywhere.

2) Member groups aren't being colored.
On my forum, i want to make it to where your username is colored by the rank you are. Like if you have 5 posts, your username is this color, 20 posts, your username is this color. I have auto-subscribe on, and i chose the group colors, and i have the "Color group members" checked off...but it's not coloring.
Edit: It works...but only if it's a Open or Closed group, i want it to be hidden.

Please help me!

1. You clicking the post reply? It won't show up in the quick reply.

2. If you want it to show on the legend you must have it closed or open. Hidden will make it not show. You must also have the box clicked for group color.

2. I know, but the members don't color if it's hidden, and i don't want it to show up in legend.

Hello,

1) As MrMario has said, the Multi-quote won't shop up on the Quick reply, you MUST click the "post reply" button for it to load.
Sorry but that's the only way possible at the moment.

2) If it's hidden then colours won't show, the group/s MUST be either open or closed for the colours to show, that's the only way to colourize usernames at the moment Wink

make sure your multi quote is on in the acp.

As far as the color are they staying the same color after the are proceeding to the other groups? if so this is because they are still in the other group and you have to have your group order set accordingly for the color to go in place.

i need a screen shot of your groups order in the acp.. i belive you have to arrange them in the right order then the colors will show.

Sorry I don't know how to take pictures of my ACP. They are different colors and all, i just don't want the groups with the colors to show up in "Legend".

be sure you have it set for colorize users.

Admin panel>user/groups>user options.
scroll down to (Colorize usernames) be sure it's selected to yes.

but the only way not to show the groups in the legend is to set
(Display view online information box on index) to never.
but if you do that you will not see anything in there.

Admin panel>display>Structure and hierarchy>

scroll down to Hierarchy and you will see the setting there.

And remember if the group is hidden the color will not show. also remember
in your groups setting to have (Color Group Members) to yes.

so if you set (Display view online information box on index) to never. the members colors will still show in the post on the forum.. but you will not have anything in the legend.

thats all you can do.

I know how to do that, I was just wondering if the members could be colored if the group is on hidden. Thanks!

Nope, once you set a usergroup as hidden, all users that are in that hidden usergroup do not receive the color of that usergroup (considering that it's hidden.)

Lol, sorry but things like that don't just change because a member wants it to. You could always suggest it, however.
