Domain name change help/

Hello i want to change my domain name to "babvsource.forumotion.com"
how do i ?and if i can how can i notify all my users for the domain name change?

To notify all users:
ACP Advanced // General // Write and send (Under newsletter category) // Write a newsletter to everyone about the forum link change and send!

if i change it,will the domain name just change and like all the forums,users and posts wont be deleted?

Is it possible to change your domain name if one you bought on another site? I've found some very cheap domain names for only1.99$ and i would like to know in case I buy one if I can use it with my forum.
