How can i add to the legend list ? bwi

ACP>Users&Groups>Groups>Add new group.
and it shows that group in the legend.

The group shows if you put it in closed or open, it wont show if you put in hidden.

i already add a group (i also check the option: open group/close group) but still cant see it at my forum..

can you help me...
