[Request 2] A whole bunch of requests.

I know I already have a request going, but I felt like adding in more, so I made a new thread.

Request 1:

Nav Bar Image.

I want it to look like this:
I want it to say: Donate

Request 2:

A Banner.

I just need a simple one to go with this layout forums: Here.

Must say: xHellx in it somewhere.

Request 3:

I need a good default avatar for the forums, must say "xHellx Member" in it somewhere.

Request 4:

Support userbar.

I support xHellx, must say that on it, any color, any image.

Keep in mind that it is a Runescape Server, so anything would be good for a pic dealing with RS.

Request 5:

Rank images.

I love the ones Justin did:

But I need a couple more.

Super Moderator - Can be just with an "S" on the icon space.
Developer - If you can, use like a wrench or something to show developer/coder.
Moderator - Can be just an "M" on the icon space.
Chatbox Moderator - I would like you to use
^ Just change that to say "Chatbox Mod"
