they are used by all forums ACP
But i want to be sure that they arent copyrighted and made just for Forumotion's usage

You can't get them. I don't know who made them but I know it wasn't Jalokim.

Would you be more specific why cant i use them?
in the ACP I Cant see any Text showing that the respective page's content is copyrighted

Forumotion owns them. Doesn't that much say why you can't use Forumotion images on other sites?
