i think its how the Skin creator done that,or with template editing or with CSS stylesheet.

the only way i know of moving it would be in the template edit.
but you can only do this with phpbb2 or punnbb versions.. there may be a way to do it with css too but i am not sure of doing it that way.
for the template edit you would just have to go in and find the code for the search bar then re-past it where you want it... it may be better to delete the one in there and use a new code so it will go to the left by default.. not sure i would have to try it first.
