Solved How Do You Use Other Accounts To Make Topics

I don't know whatto call it but how do you do that thing you do with advertising where you use the users account to make the topic yet I can't make topics there?

Nopes, you made a post in the proposal thread. Then the G Moderator or Admin splits that topic by removing your post & moving it to the correct section.

In this forum, the permissions are set so that members are only allowed to reply to topics.
