Hovertext Not Editable

Hi people!


Here's my problem, K?

I want to edit the text that appears when you hover over an icon on the nav bar/header thingy below the logo. But when I try to edit it at 'Headers & Navigation' (I clicked on register and tried to change it to Register Today!), it doesn't let me type in ANY of the boxes except the one with the url for the image.

I'd really appreciate some help!

This is something you cant moderate.If i remember well you can only change the Portal's name nothing else.

Really? Then why do they even have the field there?

That sorta ticks me...
