4th option on special messages makes topic invisible. Empty 4th option on special messages makes topic invisible.

If you have rights to Stickies/Announcements (Special Messages), there is a 4th option button, but no text following it. If you post a topic with that enabled, the topic disappears from view unless you know the link to it. It shows in the user's created topics and in the MCP, but when you go to the forum itself, you cannot see it.
