It won't let me color my members!
<Edit 4/1/2010. Solved by experimenting.>
I fixed it. I'm a bit shocked no one knew how to, considering once I figured it out it seemed so simple.
I had the groups on "Hidden". But when I changed it to "Closed" it sorta worked.
Not to be rude, but I'm quite mad that I had to wait 15 days and I never got an aswer. I had to solve it myself, with no help from Forumotion.
If your wondering "Why didn't she just try solving it herself in the first place?" it's because I have school and haven't been able to go on the computer more than a few minates a day, and if I starting to try fixing Chatter I wouldn't stop until it was fixed, and I had no idea how long it would take (glad I didn't, considering it took me about 4 days). I just started Spring break, and by now I've relized I'm clearly not getting help here, so I tried fixing it myself with extra time.
I don't want to be rude but I am soposed to get help and I clearly didn't! What if I didn't fix it? How long before someone figured it out? Another day? Week? What if I had to wait months!? I wouldn't be shocked if no one ever figured it out, or took the time to tell me how to fix it! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
On my website the colors are:
Golden Members: Yellow
Silver Members: Gray
Mods: Neon Green
Admins: Blue
Normal: Pale green
Right now, we're all colored pale green! Mods, Admins and all. And the Golden members and Silver members are too. Why is it doing that? And how can I fix it?
(P.S. we have never had any problems with the mods and normal players being green, the greens are disticteve)

Hmm, on the groups editing tab, did you click 'Color Group Members'?
That might fix it because it has happened to me before, though I'm not sure if that is the problem.
It lets all the users of the group have that color and not just stay normal.

Re: It won't let me color my members!
it could be the order you have the groups in. if you have the same members in other groups it will make the color of the highest number group. see what group the pale green color is from and try putting that at the bottom of the list or the top of the list and see if that helps.
this is a lil complicated to explain.. or make sure you do not have the members in more then one group unless they have to be.

I have the members in personal groups so when you look at the mods of a section it has their username (well I don't have to many mods).it could be the order you have the groups in. if you have the same members in other groups it will make the color of the highest number group. see what group the pale green color is from and try putting that at the bottom of the list or the top of the list and see if that helps.
So no member is in more than 1 group.

And I got rid of everything but our Mod and the Admin.
Only c*** * and me should be colord. I am the Admin, so I should be blue. She's the, well, "deputy" (to put it in a word) and should be neon green. I am not in the c*** * group, and she's not in the Admin group.

I know the problem
Admin Panel // User & Groups // User Option // Look for color usergroups // Yes // Save

Yep, tried that, didn't work.
I've had that turned on scence the beginning.
