Widget title bar, custom image? Empty Widget title bar, custom image?

Is there anyway to have a seperate image for the widget title bar then the forum categorys bar?

There obviously is a way as the Forumtion forum has done it. -->

yes place this code in the title with the direct image link you want to use.
