When Announcements Scroll

Have noticed on my page when the Announcements scroll from one to another the rest of the page freezes. Has anyone else seen this problem?

Without loging in its hard to tell but, look at the register link flashing it pauses when the announcements change, That small pause effects my whole site.

yeah it's hard to tell?it seems fine to me. do you have a lot of animations and other scrolls or flash things going on when your logged into the forum?

There is one "latest topic" scroller and some scrolling pics, I narrowed it down to the announcement by disabling stuff, and the one that caused it is announcements. I would like to still use it, but the page it much more stable without it.
