Some of My Members, while posting topics or reply from Quick Reply box is experiencing some Problems

They error code being returned is "No Post Mode Selected"

I need help Please

It happens in Mozilla, but unfortunately programmers cant catch this bug themselves.

It happens on Google Chrome as well. Just close the tab and open a new one when it happens and that should fish it.
