Solved Change what the tab says?

Okay, so I'm making another new forum and I want to change what the tab or window says when people get on it. Here's what I mean:
Change what the tab says? Qxumoj
Change what the tab says? 2924jd0

It says Kawaii Chat, but I changed my forums name, so how do I make it where the tab matches what my forum's name is?
