Member password problem

Could you please help me, I can't find how to solve this problem with one of my members password

Here is the message me sent me:

Hey wayne, I enjoy the forum but I am still frustrated with having to reset my password every month is there a way to avoid this or is it a function of the forum?
What happens is on the last day of the month I am prompted for my password and when I enter it the forum does not accept it and I have to reset it
I have tried everything from just leaving the pass the one sent to me when I reset it. I also have tried changing the password to one I choose incase the one that is sent expires but nothing works.
