Change things in Memberlist? Empty Change things in Memberlist?

Heyy, first of all thanks for reading!
Does anyone knows how to change the 'sort by' button?

At the moment it's at 'Last Visit' but I would like to be 'Joined'

I have the same problem with the 'Order', it should be ascending.

and can I delete the Avatars in the Memberlist? Very Happy
