Help plse - Cant delete Spam in members Signature

I would appreciate help resolving this problem , I have had a member register today and his signature contains some links but when I go to his profile to delete them I can't see them

Users & groups>Search Users
Search for that user.
Then in the signature field, remove the contents. That should work.

Thanks , I will look again but I think I have tried that and there is nothing in his signature

Have looked and looked and nothing to delete in the signature

Hello , thanks for the suggestion I'll try that now , I had thought it was a signature because of the line separater but it might be ... I'll be back to say what happens - thanks

I doubt I'd have thought of that as they posted three times in quick succession, all with what deliberately looked like a signature with links
