News letter problem

Hello.
I send 2 news letter today under different email address from the forum.
Members have receive this news letter with no text, its empty.
I had problems with the news letter from before .
This is a technical problem but I am not able to post in the Technical board !?

Any help would be appreciated.

You can only send one newsletter a day as far as i know.

Also it will be moved to the technician board, only when a staff member feels there is a requirement for a technician to solve it.

That means in fact that is something wrong in my forum news letter as I did send 2 news letters under different email address and both reach the inbox of the members empty !

Well, thats fine.
Somehow, the newsletter which gets sent sometimes does not come up exactly as we wish to. I have faced this situation. But, it can never go out blank.

Well, try it out again tomorrow. Just edit the newsletter with the help of the html editor on the admin panel than to just copy pasting any html code in the window & then sending.

Can you post a screenshot of the mail you see? Also a screenshot of The Preview which you see while sending the newsletter.

The news letter is send from the forum, that is a browser.
Outlook is my privet email account and I always have received the news letter fine.

I have other account in hotmail and that is in a browser..

From the meddle of the news letter the text is strike !

By any chance any of the strike tags were open when u sent the newsletter?

Everything is normal.
Can not send more news letters for now but I will let you know more about this later.
