news wiget not updating

hello!

this is my first post on this site so sorry if its the wrong spot to place this!

i am having issues with my news widget in the portal page,i just made my forum so i decided to delete the original post that was there and create a new one to replace it but it WONT show up

please helpT_T

if you need more info or for me to clarify this just tell me ^_^
