Unknown script issue

We noticed the problems this morning, unsure what caused it.. Can you assist. I have taken photos of the problem.. It does not occur on the home page only within the individual forums, listing the topics and post. Thank you..

I am having the same issues on my site... @ http://www.towinfo.org or ... http://towinfo.forumotion.com/forum.htm and just like you, not on main page, just on individual forums

Well, I'm not sure what to do and have had no one contact me to tell me whats going on.. the girls on the forum or a little panic ridden, afraid they were doing something wrong.... Has anyone contacted you??

So something is wrong with the BBcode on phpBB 3, but if you all go to display change theme and versions and switch to pun or phpBB 2 or invision it works fine. I HIGHLY RECOMEND YOU DON'T CHANGE. It will make things worse. I tried but reverted forum back up because things were worse for me. After going with my back up things are still problematic. Lets hope the problem is fixed soon.
