Update phpbb3: cell's height and width

Hello
Since the last update, we inform you that we have added other functionalities to the phpbb3 version.
You now have the possibility to specify the height and the width of the image cell's category/forum (in the colors management of the administration panel).

That will help people encountering problems with board titles passing on top images.
