Forumotions Video Promotions Contest.

Help promote your forum by creating your own forum promotional video and win credits.
To enter simply create a video to help promote and show off your forum and post below in this thread.
Some of you may remember the Forumotion promotion video contest to where you the members have created some videos to help promote forumotion and show off some of forumotions options and features.
This time You can submit a short video of your forum to better help promote,bring more people into your forums and win prizes.


Contest rules are as followed.

All Forumotion promotions videos are for Forumotion forums only.

All videos presented must be no longer then 120 seconds long.
(2 MIN)

All videos must be uploaded to youtube, dailymotion or veoh.Any videos submitted to any other video host will be disqualified and be removed from the forums contest thread.

All videos must contain the Forumotion Link or banner in the very beginning of the video or very end of the video.
Forumotion.com or Banner. Banner or links at the end of the video can be placed after the time limit of 120 seconds (2 MIN) and will not count as going over the time limit.

All videos can consist of video footage,slide show,text message,narration combined or separate.Feel free to be creative and add what you wish but of course nothing inappropriate or offencive.


Contest video entries can begin to be submitted now and will run until Tuesday May 25 2010.
All videos submitted by May 25 2010 will be reviewed by staff.Staff will vote on all videos and choose the top ten out of all that was submitted.Once the top ten videos are established it will then go to round two.Round two will allow YOU THE MEMBERS to vote on two videos of your choice.

You will only be able to vote once so be sure to pick both videos you like. Changing of votes will not be allowed.Once your votes are in they stay.

Members Voting will begin on Friday May 30 2010 and run until Friday June 11 2010.

Winners will be awarded there prize Monday June 14 2010.



Prizes

First place prize 2.500 credits

Second Place Prize 1.500 credits

Third Place Prize 1.000 credits



All prize winners will also recive a certificate award with the name of your forum,forums link Winners Rank and Amount of credits Given.In addition all winning videos will be embedded as a Announcement in the Forumotion Forum Promotions section here on this support forum for a Month to better help promote your form even further.

I don't need the credits so badly, so if I win, I might give it away to someone that really needs it,

you can remove adds, get storage or buy a domain.

Admin panel>Misc>Credits management>Spend credits

Yeah i was going to go with a theme at first. But it's hard to determine what kind of theme to go with because everyone has different types of forums. i was thinking summer theme?.then holiday themes are good but we'll to save that for Halloween and Christmas.

If I have time , I'll create a video tomorrow or after tomorrow

For the pictures I used plain old print screen, but I put them on Pinnacle studio 11, and used a pan and zoom effect to make it look like it is scrolling down smoothly. All done with just pinnacle studio 11.

Wow, very nice. That must have took a while.

Not really, once you know your way around your video editing software its quite simple... Took me a few hours.
