for some reason my login pop up is fixed at the top of the page. How can get it centered and to move w/ the page?

There might be issue with the theme/skin your using, did you try changing it? or same with the browser, what's the browser you're using? did you try using different browser?

I think it is the skin. I think it is because I have the basic css off...but is there no way to fix it without having to re-do my whole forum?

yes...IE and Firefox, both did the same.

I guess it's the problem with the skin since i had a test forum from the past and had same issue with this(I didn't had any CSS codes placed on it), but when I changed my forum skin, the log in pop out looks normal again(not stucked at the upper left portion of the forum).
