When are credits Taken from credits account

Hi I paid money into my credits account the other day which was successful, our domain name was purchased but the credit amount still hasn't changed and is still reading 2000 credits. We as a forum are discussing ad removal but I dont want to touch the left over credits until I am sure that its all ok. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

Just wait for a couple of days for the transaction to complete.

Can anyone explain why the domain name credits haven't been taken? Its been 2 weeks nearly and still the domain name credits havent been taken. I have used 100 credits for add removal too and that went fine thank you

I think that if your forum has enough activity points you can get it for free.
