Guest pm'g administrator and moderators

Is there a way to stop this.I have one that is banned and is being a pest by pm'g us.

I'm guessing you have something in your footer saying Contact?

If so:

Admin Panel // General // Under Messages & Email // Email & Contact // Look for Contact // No // Save

The guest pm's us,they aren't listed on the board.I sup0pose when I banned her,I removed the name and did not leave us under banned.So what I need is just to have it where guest cannot pm us.
