Username Color help, please?

I read the Group Color thread in the FAQ's, but I couldn't figure out how to do it with the way the admin panel is set up now. My friend recently made her own forum and I don't know how to enable the colored usernames now. Can someone please help? Sorry if I posted this in the wrong place....

Go to your Administration Panel -> Users & Groups -> Groups and click on the modify icone to set your color.
Here you can also create new groups.
