The top bar has the link for Help forum support| Free forum skins| ect ect

is there a way i can hide that? i dont want it on there, or can i not do that with the free forums?

Also wanted to know if anyone knows how to make it so guests cant see any post made on my forum, i want guest to have to register, but be able to see some threads that will help them consider to register.
