Mods and Admins of My Forums can't lock,move,etc Topics!

and other Admins except me can't access Admin CP

What exactly happens? Did you give them moderator & admin access by adding them to respective groups?

Well Actually they can't see Those Icons....
and Other Admins can't access Admin CP

Did you add the admins to the admin group?
Don't they see a link at the bottom near the footer?

The moderators saw the mod tools at the bottom of the posts?
