My forum wont let me login

I am the head admin of my forum and was doing soem HTML coding with a widget on the portal and the portal if great, just how me and others want it however the homepage (forum bit) non of the catorgrie thingys are showing up as n the scroll bar looks alot longer than usual. I click the login tab and...
it comes up with another blank page...
please help

p.s: I THINK: if some1 would give me the url to their administration panel, it wouldn't let me on since im not logged into your site but it maybe help me get on my admin panel and to login to sort the prob out on my own.
