Categories not showing up right.

Well This really is a little weird.
I know the difference between a category and forum yes.. But,
When I create a category, and forums within this category.
On my forum, the category's name doesn't show up.
And the forum mixes up with other category's forums? Like theres nothing seperating them.

And where the name of the category should go. Theres just the word "Forum" There.
I don't know I guess theres a category inside the forum category and I don't know how to change that word 'forum' there?
I'm kinda confused And I've tried a lot of things...
Anybody help?

It might be good if you went ACP --> General --> Categories and forums

and give us a screen shot of how you have that layed out.

Go to ACP > Display > Structure & hierarchy > Scroll down to Split categories on index and select medium
