Templates Not Appearing

I can seem to edit some templates in the General Category

'Agreement , FAQ , Simple Footer, Simple Header' I can edit and publish all these because it just appears blank

Any ideas? or did I miss anything?

May be you edited them wrong so if you want to get them back just scroll down and click (View default template) + copy & paste
