can't post and writing new topic

can any one tell me about this problem?i can't post my site anything same post topic area does not work,there i can't write a blank topic area when i try to click and write its not work.

This sorta happened with me jsut then, so what i did is shut everyhitng down, then restart my computer and then looked at the out come, so theres a solution i used, hoped it helped!
