EDIT: A few questions...

This thread was orignally asking how to change the "New posts", etc images. But I have some more questions and thought I might aswell group them.
Anyway;
1.) How do I change the colour that the Members' usernames appear as? (Not the Staff, just normal members who've registered).
2.) How do I split the forums categories up? I've noticed that all the forums, even when under a different category to each other, all group up. Is there anyway of separating them? Like:

Ask for help
Tutorials and Walkthroughs

Off-topic Chat
Roleplay
Off-topic
