Blank Color for Background

Okay so, I have this problem, my background image is behind the Background color. I don't know how this happened it just did. So what I want is to set the background color to blank, but I have no idea how to do it.
Other colors that are set to be blank have nothing in the field for the color cold, but when I try that, the color becomes black or white.

Can someone tell me how to make a color blank OR how I can make my background image come before the background color.

Nvm i got it, lol i didnt expect the color code for blank to be 'blank'
