How active does your forum have to be to get a free domain?

Hey there, everyone. I was wondering how much 'traffic' your forum needs to be given a free domain name? I'm trying to buy one for my pretty active forum, but I can't seem to get any money... So, thanks in advance for the answer...

Its not random, but the requirements are not mentioned to avoid spamming & intentionally creating fake activity.

Ahhh, I see. Does fake activity count as a test account? I made a test account on my forum, just to see what the members of my forum see when they are on.

Hmmm, so if it's not random... if you have a really good forum, no spam, good staff, a good amount of members, posts and topics, you may get one?

Some people might make random post or account and stuff to get a domain name. Forumotion just doesn't want to tell people the real requirements.

I believe that the requirements are a secret and based on several factors. I know a few, but I'm keepin' it to myself in Forumotion's best interest.
