Forum boards that must be banned!!!

Does anyone read the rules? Is there any admins or some kind of responsible person?
There's a lot of forums that must be deleted, because of illegal and amoral content!
It is not possible for me to keep silence. I have a message board dedicated to my love to the dogs and pets, and i can't stand looking at forums dedicated to dog fights!!! This is too much. Is this legal? Is this moral? Where is the humanity?

Hi, I believe all reports of this nature should be directly PM'd to a Moderator or Staff member as soon as possible. Oh that dog fighting forum just managed to REALLY erk me as well. Good Luck

I believe the main reason NOT to post links is that innocent members may wander by and click on them.
