Two hackers are in COMPLETE control of a site. They've even taken over the head admin account. We can't do ANYTHING to get back the site. So PLEASE help us. Crying or Very sad

Important Forum just deleted itself

just shows as "this board has no forums"

Nobody did anything, the admin panel shows no actions, and some of the forums are still there in the admin view panel... everything just dissapeared. Can you help?

same thing happened with mine.

We were chatting on the portal page then "boom" no more portal.

Nobody did anything it just deleted itself.

I fixed mine using the recovery backup thing. But lots of thing that i did were lost.

Good question's here, should we just wait for a "admin" to tell us what to do or use the backup tool thing, i thought you had to click something to backup everything, which i havent done yet, but it it's auto, FTW!

idk some1 make a move, what should we do ? Shocked

One second everything was good. Users were in the forums, next second, no forums. Categories are still there in the Admin Panel, but forums are gone. I see I\'m not the only one. Is this fixable at your end? The forum is...

Important NO FORUMS!

jff-racing.my-goo.com has NO FORUMS! where have they gone? this has happened to me twice.

This recent spate of downtime is not good for any of the Clubs that are using your forums.
Why is this happening and how soon will it be fixed and when will the efficiency rating be increased?
