Two hackers are in COMPLETE control of a site. They've even taken over the head admin account. We can't do ANYTHING to get back the site. So PLEASE help us.

I had a forum in search results with almost 550th contributions. Someone I erase the whole forum.
Either someone is hampered ecology, or they were from Forumation. I would like to know whether it ever makes Forumation that delete forum, or whether it could be due to poor technical support.

Well, a lot of forums have this problem because of a bug. I had to copy and paste the utilities in posts

OUR SITE WAS HACKED NOT DELETED!!!! It's still there but the site is being controlled by the hackers. I wish Typlo or Eximma would get on before the site is deleted.

I for 1 posted under a decent topic to start with like \"My Board has 0 post\'s and is blank\" not some1 hacked my site.

This is not a blank page post, i understand why sometime\'s the sever\'s \"lag\" up or w/e happen\'s, what we are saying is we can get on our site but it\'s blank with o post\'s.

I'm far from flaming, and i would never leave, I\'m intrested in finding out whats going on #1 , #2 why it was moved to some ridilous post / topic that i didn\'t origally post in #3 , Member help is great and I\'m one for, but you are not a mod, I think you should let them deal with this one, and know your place

Logged onto www.crystalfyre.forumotion.net and my site said no boards. Under admin panel, it still said i have 600 somethings post. I dont know whats going on. I went to backup utility and back it up 24 hours with no results. will someone fix my board?

Why should we? We put hours of our lives into this, a service that barely works.

the backup util wont works. my admin login & pass also wont work for the utils. pls fix this real soon. every members keep asking me T.T

The same thing happened to me at about the same time. Using the email address and password from the confirmation email I received when I started the boards is not working. It will not let me log in. I know the information is correct, because I am taking it directly from the confirmation email.

I have lost all of my forum categories and all but about 7 posts. Is there any way to reset my information or something so that I can log into the utilities and try to restore my forums?
