Registering on my forrum Empty Registering on my forrum

I told my friend to make a account on my forum and he said that a message saying "Administrators have forbidden any new members." And I dont want that anyone know where to go on Administrator tools? Please help so I can get my formum started

Allow new members : ( )Yes ( )No

You should tick the YES... and I don't think you're allowed coloured text as they're for moderation purposes by staff.

More one option: Admin Panel > General > Forum > All configuration ( first option on forum menu ) > Fiend "Forum on holiday :" and set NO
