Thankyou for chaning your title Wink

To make a topic into a "sticky", when typing it up (or editing it) there is an option near the bottom of the page labelled "Options" and further to the right of that bar is a "+", click it.

Now there are topic options, click the option "Sticky" (or whatever your stickies are called and click send.

Your topic has now been stickied.

While posting a new topic, you've got "options" and a "+" next to it.
You need to click on the "+", and you'll see:
