Sticky? Empty Sticky?

How can I sticky a thread, i.e., force it to the top of the forum?

Simple see at the bottom of your message & there you see 4 options as
Normal --- Sticky --- Announcement --- Global Announcement

So choose Sticky from here & then your thread would display @ top.

& if you already posted a thread than go to EDIT & choose Sticky option from bottom of your thread !

I have tried this & my fellow Admin & cannot get Sticky Thread to work scratch
