pm notification Empty pm notification

Some members are recieving notification of a new pm but when they open their in-box there are no new message.
I can confirm this as I've recieved the same messages.
Would it be easier to turn off new message notification for all members scratch

Try deactivating them would surely stop the issue.
But could you send me a copy of the notification email?

The problem seems to have gone away , could it have been a known issue the techs were working on?
