Footer Code

Does anyone know another code for placing a footer that stretches outside the wrap. If i adjust the wrap the forum size stretches along with it, but i want the forum size to remain 940px.

I've tried these codes:

#page-body{ ...

#page-footer{ ...

div#page-footer { ...

Also tried to put the image into the wrap, but as i said i don't want the forum size to be affected, cause the image size is 1600px wide.
