I cannot see the Portal Structure at all, it just isn't there

can you please provide your forum's address?
Please make sure that in configuration > "show the portal" > "yes" is ticked!

I had the same problem, could not see portal structure. Clicking "yes" to "show the portal" in modules> portal... fixed the problem for me. Thanks!
